Tom Martin has Song Placed in Major Motion Picture: "Above Suspicion"
"Borrowed Time" by Tom Martin is placed in "Above Suspicion", a movie based on a true life story depicted in the novel by Joe Sharkey. As a young FBI Agent assigned to a small Appalachian town in eastern Kentucky, he becomes the first ever to be convicted of murder. Although holding himself to the highest professional and personal standards, the new agent becomes entangled in the rural mountain culture which proved disastrous when things went awry with a young female informant. Directed by, Phillip Noyce, and starring Emilia Clarke, Jack Huston, Thora Birch, and Johnny Knoxville, this thriller will be released in theaters soon.
"Nirvanna The Band The Show" has "Borrowed Time"
Viceland premiered the Canadian mockumentary "Nirvanna the Band the Show" on February 2nd. Following the trend of cult web series, making the jump to broadcast; this irreverent and cutting-edge show follows the misadventures of Matt and Jay's dream of gigging at Toronto's legendary Rivoli Club. Episode 104: "The Blindside" airs February 23rd and features Fervor Records "Borrowed Time" by Tom Martin. New Album "Friends & Legends" Released December, 2017
New album "Friends & Legends" is released. This collection of Tom's original songs feature acoustic driven, melodic finger-style arrangements with introspective lyrics. These songs were recorded with lifelong friend and musician partner Jon Baltzell on Bass. Studio sessions were recorded by Ken "Dakota" Jones at Southern Harmony Studios in Florence, South Carolina, where many great memories were made together along with other talented musicians: new great friend Michael McGraw on percussion and drums, Rebecca Morning and her beautiful heartfelt harmony vocals, and Michael Knight on drums.
