Tom Martin, Singer-Songwriter

 
Tom Martin recently contracted 26 additional songs with Fervor Records for use in film and TV.  Fervor Records recently released 2 "Anthology" albums containing a large collection of songs from Tom's catalog that have been acquired by Fervor,  and previously released the Tom Martin E.P., "Borrowed Time" July 14, 2017.  Tom wrote and recorded  "All Along That Mystic Highway" which was secured by LA publisher,  Black Toast Music in November 2018, for use in various media.  His songs have aired on CBS,  NCIS network series in the "Lost Time" episode,  the independent film "Finding Steve McQueen",  the movie "The Big Ugly" aka "London Calling"  the upcoming major motion picture "Above Suspicion", and Viceland Channel's, "Nirvanna, The Band The Show", "The Blindside".  Several more of his original songs have had regional and national exposure including a song in the film documentary "How About Right Now", performance broadcasts of a featured song "Never Go Back" on CBS "As The World Turns", and his song "Tucson Girl" appeared on Cincinnati's WEBN rock radio station regional artists album project #2. 
   
Tom has opened concerts as a solo act for Roger McGuinn, Stephen Stills, John Stewart, Dickey Betts, Preston Reed, Greg Brown, and Kenny Rankin. On separate occasions, his live performances were broadcast by WOFX, a Cincinnati, Ohio classic rock radio station. Other live performances have been recorded and re-broadcast by WNKU, a Northern Kentucky regional FM radio station featuring acoustic artists.

Tom honed his style primarily performing solo, however he has performed in various duos and folk rock bands. His forte is his rich, full sound, achieved largely by his right hand rhythm and finger style technique.

Tom is currently working on his music in Ohio, Phoenix, Los Angeles and Nashville, writing and recording songs and instrumentals. He has released three original song album projects: "Friends & Legends", "Blind Ambition" and "Pieces of Fate", a live recording album: "Tom Martin Live at Mt. Adams Pavilion", "Borrowed Time" EP released by Fervor Records, and currently has an instrumental album in the works. You can catch Tom performing regularly as a soloist on guitar and vocals as well as with other accomplished musicians.
